Refunds for cash or check purchases will be given by check after 14 business days. Gift recipients will be issued a merchandise credit only. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Returns
The inventory is always changing, and is not completely managed by us due to the involvement of multiple parties including the factory and our warehouse. The actual levels of stock can change at any point. Be aware that your order is out of stock when the order is placed.
Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since the date you purchased your item, we unfortunately can't give you a full refund or exchange.
Your item must be in its original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. It must also be in its original packaging.
